Chia Pudding Parfait

My nuggets love yogurt but I’ve slowly started transitioning them off as much dairy as possible. This chia seed pudding has been a great substitute. It’s super easy to make too. Choose your favorite non-dairy beverage (coconut cream, almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk, dairy-free yogurt alternative). ❤️
Ingredients:

– 2 cups dairy free beverage. 

– 1/2 c of Chia Seeds. 

– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.

– 1/8 cup of maple syrup. 

– 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder.

Directions:

– Blend all ingredients except chia seeds. 

– Transfer to a glass jar. 

– Add chia seeds. 

– Cover and refrigerate.

– Stir Occasionally. 

– Once chia seeds sprout, serve with your favorite fresh fruit, chocolate chips, granola or protein powder. 

– Consume within 3 days.
